ExploreCase Study
An in-depth look at designing and implementing a hands-on learning program that drove adoption and business impact.
ExploreWork & Experience
I design and research digital solutions that connect learning, product thinking, and real-world performance.
Global teams lacked confidence and practical capability with the digital tools needed to accelerate their work — training was ad hoc, tool-specific, and disconnected from real business outcomes.
No clear framework for building digital confidence at scale. Teams varied widely in skill level, and existing training didn't connect to the work people actually needed to do.
Designed a hands-on digital upskilling program centered on real business challenges, AI tools, and capstone projects — built for application from day one, not passive consumption.

Research in psychology and neuroscience shows that tactile engagement — like manipulating a fidget cube — meaningfully improves attention, retention, and creative thinking in adults. Written from the perspective of an L&D practitioner who 3D-prints fidget cubes and hands them out during long meetings.
Reflections on learning and development work that values clarity, accessibility, and practical application over performative complexity.
Notes on building workflows, tools, and systems that reduce friction instead of adding one more shiny platform to manage.
Why side projects matter: they create space to test ideas, explore tools, and build taste in a way that carries back into client and team work.
A look at how physical making, communication, and digital problem-solving overlap across products, learning, and creator work.
How I Work
Whether I’m designing a digital learning program, researching a product problem, or building something in the workshop — the thinking behind it follows the same five-step approach.
Before designing anything, I dig into what's actually broken — whether that's a workflow gap, a learning barrier, or a physical need that hasn't been solved well yet.
I sketch the simplest solution that solves the real problem — not over-engineered, not under-thought. Whether it's a curriculum framework, a digital workflow, or a 3D model, clarity comes first.
Speed matters early. I get something tangible into the world fast — a draft module, a printed part, a working demo — so I can learn from something real instead of spending weeks on assumptions.
I build with the end user in mind — whether that's a learner, a team, or a person holding a printed object. Testing is built into the process, not tacked on at the end.
The first version is rarely the final version. I measure what's working, listen to feedback, and iterate — whether that's a reprint, a revised module, or a redesigned system.
